MI EV Charger uses the information you submit to manage enquiries and home charging installations.
What this site stores
Enquiry forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, postcode and the information you share about your home and vehicle. The customer portal also stores messages, preparation checklist choices, installation updates, quotes and approval records, appointment requests, and photos or documents you upload.
How it is used
Your details are used to review your requirements, respond to questions, prepare a quote and manage your installation journey. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Callback requests include your phone number and preferred contact time. When email notifications are connected, the team receives an enquiry reference through Resend; customer contact details stay in the owner workspace. Personalised handover details and support requests, including the team’s response and resolution status, are stored with your installation. The team can keep private follow-up notes to manage your enquiry. Uploaded files are restricted to your enquiry and the authorised team. Only upload material relevant to your installation.
Customer portal sign-in
The portal uses ChatGPT sign-in. Your verified email and account identifier are used to match your enquiries. Use the same email address when enquiring and signing in. Hosting and sign-in services process information needed to provide the website.
Device storage
The quote guide temporarily keeps your draft in session storage in your browser. It is removed after a successful submission. Authentication uses essential session technology. This build does not include advertising trackers or analytics.
Questions and requests
To ask about your data, request a correction or request deletion, use the enquiry form and state that your request concerns personal information. Retention and any required records will depend on the purpose of the enquiry and the work agreed.
